Pluto was the Omniversal Capital of Death and Suffering, and was the #1 rated Underworld on TripAdvisor until [[Portland Oregon]]. Located on [[Pluto (Planet)|Pluto]], Pluto was ruled by the god of death and reparations, Pluto.  

== Location ==
Nestled in a large, dark crater on the North Pole of [[Pluto (Planet)|Pluto]], the city of Pluto was a bustling hub of damned souls and traveling merchants. Despite what modern theocracies might have taught, in the Rick Hernia Omniverse, every soul was damned from birth. As such, Pluto was filled with the souls of every entity who had ever lived in the history of the Omniverse. The city was forced to expand over thirteen times over the course of the eons, eventually slowing expansion after many souls began relocating to [[Portland Oregon]]. (It was a much warmer and brighter place, and the [[Eye of Sauron]] was seen more favorably in the eyes of the departed than the city's mayor, Pluto).
