The Milwaukee Protocol, otherwise known as Protocol 62, was a disease-control preventative special operation executed by the [[Waifurian Empire]] in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 11 AB. The Milwaukee Protocol was responsible for the death of 500,000 people.

== Rabies ==
A rabies outbreak began in Milwaukee after a wild dog was bitten by a rabid headcrab in November of 10 AB. The dog then proceeded to enter a local preschool and infected twenty-nine children, who then went home and infected their families with rabies. The Rabies outbreak continued on in Milwaukee for several months, with virtually no response from the Central Waifurian Government (Despite the pleas of the Governor of Wisconsin). After several hundred Milwaukee citizens were confirmed dead from Rabies, the Waifurian Government suddenly deployed a battalion of Supertanks (pictured). These tanks surrounded Milwaukee and stopped approximately 1 mile away.
