Often compared to the fictional city of Wakanda from comic books, the technological advancements made here were years ahead of the rest of the world. It was led by a man known only as Perry. He rarely actually visited Jacksonville Florida, instead preferring to take an extreme 'laissez-faire' approach. It worked miraculously; the country quickly rose to a global superpower status.

History

Jacksonville Florida was built on the remnants of Miami, Florida, which was obliterated by a Combine missile in 20 B.B. during the Great META War.

It was originally going to be just a rebuilt version of Miami; however, the people from the surrounding area, although mostly democratic, suddenly all collectively began loathing Bill Clinton. It was as if someone had flipped a switch in their heads, and they had all had their political opinions nudged. As such, they voted to secede from the Union. Then-President of the United States Bill Clinton reportedly said on the subject; "I don't care, man, it's Florida!"
