Quan Dom McNut was a rather obtuse individual who was born in 3 AB and raised in Brussels, Belgium, before moving temporarily to London, before relocating back to Brussels to be with his grandmother as she had recently won the lottery, and Quan Dom was rather thrilled about this, and in fact, rightly so, for his family had been rather poor for quite some time and the imminent cash influx was sure to help them out tremendously, once the cash was checked, or rather, if the check was cashed, which it never was, much to the chagrin on Quan Dom McNut, who felt great fury at this development, and as such began plotting to attack the Brussels Belgian Bollock Lottery, but found himself armed only with whipped cream and waffles, and what's more, he was quickly detained by Belgian Authorities and taken across Europe in the back of a tank, and was delivered discreetly a new offshoot of the infamous science research facility Black Mesa, called the Center for Extradimensional Radiation Neutralization, or CERN, for short, in which he was experimented on by Strange Folks and sliced into 1 million atoms-thin pieces thinner than paper which were then placed inside of a Large Hard-On Collider (in which many Xen Phalli were also combined, for Research Purposes) resulting in the atomic decimation of Quan-Dom McNut, who unfortunately did not live to realize that his grandmother had misread her ticket; it had actually been a winner after all.
