Waifurian Civil War

The Waifurian Civil War was a 3-year intragalactic conflict occurring from 20,029 AB to 20,032 AB. It ran simultaneous to and succeeded the 2nd Great META War.

Reasons

The Waifurian Civil War began when Waifurian Emperor Joseph Robinette Biden, in a period of steep cognitive decline, began hallucinating events and people from his past. He complained that the 'AC in his Rice Farm' was too 'hop' and whined that 'the Combine is inside of me'. These mildly humorous comments would've indicated an immediate need for hospice care were he any other person. But this is the Mummy we're talking about, and he remained in power.

Enlistments

Mummy visited the Waifurian Cadet School in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and immediately enlisted all cadets into a fleet of Greenspill and Dissonance Energy-powered IV StarCruisers. With his top military officers entrapped on Ghetsin 3, as the Combine besieged the Temple of Rannjoe, Mummy neglected to send them reinforcements; instead opting to send all available Waifurian Troops to the planet of Querria. He explained that the Combine had set up a military base there 'larger than the sky' and ordered a total evisceration of the settlement.

Little did the Waifurian Army know, they were on their way to destroy a major Waifurian Military base. This would prove disastrous.

Rebellion

After the destruction of the military base on Querria, and the death of thousands of Waifurian Soldiers, many Waifurian systems began to grow discontent with that Rotten Hag. A council of human settlers and Waifurian Military Officials residing on Querria launched a formal Secession movement. Led by Querrian-born Waifurian Governor Georgia Brellstorm, the newly-formed 'Syndor Collective', quickly picked up steam as Mummy rottenly and continually sent troops to attack other systems across the galaxy. By 20,030 AB, the Combine had been defeated on Ghetsin 3, and this victory at the hands of Rick Hernia and his allies rendered the Waifurian Empire the sole hegemon of the local supercluster. Mummy was unstoppable.

Once Mummy and his advisors learned of Brellstrom's treachery, the attacks on Northeastern Planetary systems became no longer accidental; Querria and surrounding worlds were declared 'Treasonous' and all leaders of the Syndor Collective were sentenced to Permanent Death. Massive planetary destruction and bombardments of sovereign territories ensued, and the region between the rapidly-growing Syndor Collective and Waifurian Space became a battleship graveyard of sorts.

On the other side of the galaxy, Shallberry Grannlope's Combine-sympathetic Inherslohtian settlers sought to join the fray; and as such, conducted a full-scale surprise bombardment of Earth's Moon in 20,031 AB, resulting in millions of deaths. The name 'Shallberry Grannlope' ever since that day struck terror into the hearts of Waifurians, and many civilians began to enlist into the military to support the Mummy's Cause.

Order 69

In 20,032, as the battle raged furiously on, Mummy's Vice Emperor, Marvin Fluxton, grew increasingly frustrated with the costly and explosive Waifurian Civil War. Himself and a private group of officials began scheming of ways to rid the Omniverse of the Rotter for good. They knew they could not simply kill him; due to his Legumish Correspondences. They were in the middle of one of their brainstorming sessions one day when an entourage of superpredators barged into the room and informed them that the Emperor had 'Made a Serious Call.' the Superpredators did not elaborate further; however, Marvin would later find out the Mummy's horrible, rotten deed.

Mummy, that foul, vile rotter, had rotten schemes abound. But nobody, Syndorian or Waifurian, could've predicted the foul move he made on May 3rd, 20,032. Mummy, in a spectacular display of horrendousness, unlocked the Nuclear Football and input a 4-AB Waifuria Prime Emergency Access code - Order 69, it had been called. And though the space station was no longer under Waifurian ownership, it still responded to this emergency request.

Order 69 was an emergency protocol, designed as a last-ditch defense against foreign invaders, should the Combine, or any other great power, ever attempt invasion again. Within the protocol was an order to destroy, by any means necessary, the threats at hand. And so, Waifuria Prime careened from its present location and exploded into the Querria system, charged up its laser, and blew up the entire planet of Querria. It then jumped to Shallberry Grannlope, and fired a death laser. Oddly, it missed.

Order 69 continued in a vicious rampage for the next 20 hours, destroying 750 planets and killing 20 Trillion sentient life forms. It was after this horrendousness that Marvin Fluxton's coup was enacted, and Mummy was launched into Alpha Centauri B.

After Mummy's apparent 'Death', Fluxton negotatied peace with Georgia Brellstrom, and diplomatic relations immediately begun between the 23 surviving Syndor planets and the rest of the Waifurian Empire.

Despite entering into the core of a star, Mummy had not rotted his last rot... and still had one final, disastrous, apocalyptic trick up his sleeve.
