High Lieutenant Arcus

High Lieutenant Arcus was a military officer in the Combine Empire, and was the chief Security Consultant to Combine Emperor Xos. After many years of rigorous training at the Erruna Imperial Academy, Arcus had hoped to serve on the battlefield, but had instead been relegated to this seemingly pointless position- that is, until he detected the amassing Waifurian Invasion Fleet before the Great META War 2, and he finally received his chance to shine.

Personality

Arcus was a ruthless and calculating military commander. A native of the planet Erruna, Arcus possessed a formidable stature, and his blood ran hot with mercuric acid. Arcus' body was not accustomed to the low pressure of the C.O.C.K.; as such, he was forced to wear a pressurized suit at all times. (This suit, was, in fact, based on the prototype HEV suit developed by Black MESA Scientist Dr. Tyren White of Earth).

With an IQ of 302, Arcus was smarter than a vast majority of the Combine drones he commanded, and often grew bored of their monotonous, rambling nonsensical rants. Arcus instead enjoyed playing the Errunan game of Mij'sas'er against himself in his head. During the Great META War 2, Arcus spearheaded the Combine Defense Force, and had direct, regular contact with the Emperor and his Advisors.
