It was settled by relatives of the Agarthian Larrybirds who traveled there after harnessing the immense power of Resonance technology and opening a portal from Xen to Orra 19. The relatives were known as 'Andromedan Larrybirds' and were in some ways different than their Agarthian counterparts.
