Combine Visit Incident

In 3 B.B., during the Great Meta War, a photograph was taken of Chairman of the Board Joe Biden inside of the Combine Headquarters of the Citadel in City 9. In 4 A.B., This photograph was released to the public through a string of network hackings suspected to have been the work of G-Man Alpha. Biden recieved a massive amount of flack from the American public due to his apparent collusion with the enemy, but nothing could be done as North America had become Biden's unilateral North American Overlorddom by that time.
