The Hungarian Nanobug Jitters was a usually lethal disease contracted by malicious nanobugs entering one's reproductive system. They would begin vibrating violently, until vital tissue ruptured and the victim died of internal bleeding.

The Hungarian Nanobug Jitters soon spread across the world, bringing Earth into a state of pandemic not seen since the Combine-19 virus. The Hungarian Nanobug Jitters had a Grand Diaspora throughout the Omniverse, thanks to Waifurian military vessels. Thus, the Hungarian Nanobug Jitters was the first Omniversal plague, and also the first disease responsible for killing 1 trillion sentients (and counting)<ref>The Hungarian Nanobug Jitters breached Portland Oregon, which still exists (unlike the rest of the Omniverse).
