The Hungarian Nanobug Jitters was a usually lethal disease contracted by malicious nanobugs entering one's reproductive system. They would begin vibrating violently, until vital tissue ruptured and the victim died of internal bleeding.

Vice Emperor Kamala Harris had a massive research lab on Waifuria Prime, where she researched nanotechnology. The Hungarian Nanobug Jitters were accidentally synthesized here, due to a Blunder (the Combine technology used in the Nanobugs was malicious. Shocker.)

The Hungarian Nanobug Jitters soon spread across the world, bringing Earth into a state of pandemic not seen since the Combine-19 virus. The Hungarian Nanobug Jitters had a Grand Diaspora throughout the Omniverse, thanks to Waifurian military vessels.
