BLAMPIST-1 E, (known as Blampistia Prime) was a vast, humid world covered in savannahs and tropical forests. It was the fourth planet in the BLAMPIST-1 System and was the melting pot of the BLAMPIST-1 system; home to Blampistians from BLAMPIST-1 B, Blampers from BLAMPIST-1 D, and even some Fremen Humans from BLAMPIST-1 C. Several cities, including Blampistia, Human City, and the southern city of O'aeyu, were home to hundreds of millions of humans. Its largest city, Blampistia, was the seat of the Blampist Planetary Council, headed by Baron Vladimir Vardonnen.
