Kroasis was an ancient celestial deity who held the power to create stars. Kroasis was the first child of the Author, (the second being his brother and best friend, Leosis) and was instructed in the ways of stellar forging from an early age. Using his enchanted starmetal trident, Novastar, Kroasis traveled the cosmos, building galaxies.
Bwemer Feud
edit edit sourceLong before the time of America Aeterna and the Waifurian Empire, the Omniverse was ruled by the spacefaring Bwemer race. The Bwemer were so advanced that they learned to forge their own stars. This frustrated Kroasis, who traveled to their homeworld, Vim. Kroasis appeared in the sky as a massive visage, demanding the Bwemer cease production of their artificial stars. The Bwemer Obliged, and Kroasis vanished.
To Kill a God
edit edit sourceBehind closed doors, however, the Bwemer became frustrated with this newfound restriction. They began plotting to murder Kroasis. Although it was against Bwemer custom to kill, the Bwemer High Priestess made an exception to this rule, stating that the power of Kroasis was necessary for the Bwemer to evolve and conquer the Omniverse.
A microscopic Bwemer Sphere was engineered, with the power of Bwemer Redstone and a volatile substance which would later become known as Plutonium.
The Sphere had a destructive capability equal to that of seventeen hundred atom bombs. It was launched through space towards Kroasis. A Bwemer scout ship followed close behind, intending to collect Kroasis’ Novastar staff.
Death of a God
edit edit sourceThe bomb struck Kroasis in the chest, and he immediately died. His Employeric essence shot out into the cosmos in a beautiful supernova. The Bwemer ship was launched backwards at the speed of light. They would eventually recover the Novastar trident, but found they were unable to use it.
Birth of the Kroasis System
edit edit sourceAfter his son’s death, the Author immediately forbade the creation of stars in the Omniverse. It became impossible to forge stardust, even for the Bwemer.
In his only ever Omniversal Nudge, the Author traveled into the Omniverse to Kroasis’s body. He transformed his son’s sundered corpse into a solar system.
The Author forged the head of Kroasis into the star, Michael (he did not name it this. The Mummy would.)
The Author formed the arms of Kroasis into Hagg Kroasis. The Divine Brain became Dutt Kroasis. Kroasis' noble heart became Nex Kroasis. The legs of Kroasis became the binary planet of Huddigar Kroasis.
Atonement of the Bwemer
edit edit sourceThe Author, having vowed not to interfere with the Omniverse, was at peace with the Bwemer, knowing that retribution would come, eventually.
Wrath of Leosis
edit edit sourceWhen Leosis discovered his brother’s death, he was deeply enraged. The Author forbade him from interfering, but Leosis was always a mischievous being. Leosis sought out revenge.
