Fashioned from an alchemical starmetal-silver alloy, it was possessed by an ancient Pangean spirit of Torture and thus guaranteed any patron entrapped within its horrendous limps would meet the most excrutiatingly long, painful, arduous death possible. It was thought to have been fashioned initially to US President Barack Obamna; however, possessed very few physical similarities to him.
