Her experience predicting the monstrous, devestating tides from her seventeen-mooned homeworld earned her the role as governor of the planet during its 90,000 year period of Waifurian Occupation. Ourana was a hydrometric cloud city on Uranus which served as the capitol of the Commonwealth of Uranian Municipalities (CUM). Constructed in 100,422 AB, it was the first major civilization to rise from the ashes of the Waifurian Empire.
