The Huddigar Comptroller was the ruler of the binary planet Huddigar Kroasis. The role was filled by a new creature every two weeks, as was Huddigarian Custom. The Huddigar Comptroller oversaw all 1500 creatures which lived across the two planets (the ammonia-rich gas giants were rather inhospitable to most life).
