The International Fund
The International Fund was a philanthropic global initiative created by the Board of Waifuria in the midst of the Great META War. It was a fund designated to providing philanthropy to the people of the world affected by terronious wartimes and such things. It was a fund which could be allocated towards numerous things; such as providing clear water and fresh food to impoverished and wartorn Earthlean folks, as well as purchasing military equipment for defensive purposes (This barely ever happened, and is not worth looking into.) The fund was initially managed by the Board of Waifuria; however, later on, Board of Waifuria Chairman Joe Biden consolidated unilateral control over this fund.
