The Miggler was an Agarthian Magician/Pirate/Bounty Hunter/Sous Chef who specialized in tracking down and interrogating dinosaurs. A former Twink, the Miggler had deep ties to the Agarthian Kingdom, and was oft hired by Inner Earth politicians such as the Blum Troll King to carry out their biddings. The Miggler was rather promiscious, as well, which ultimately resulted in his dismemberment at the hands of the Cheese Grater Dildo Mark 3.
