Orra 21 was a blood-red desert planet in the Orra system, notable for its unusual lavender rings. The planet, while habitable, is not livable in practice, as winds whip across the surface at 200 km/hr, with planet-engulfing sandstorms not known to uncommon. Orra 21 was the location of Bill Clinton's 900+ IQ Surprise.
