Snake 4 was a captive snake tortured and experimented on by Dr. Finsersnitch Ozband,. Snake 4 eventually succumbeld to the watch pieces and mercury content of its blood but no t before biting that doctor in the dikc, rendering him permanently flaccid. Burt.
