William Howard Taft, otherwise known as William Taft, was an M.T.O footsoldier, and a frequent flyer with Delta airlines. William aged in reverse, and twice as slow as a normal human, but died an unfortunate early death due to a combination of Stage 7 Diabetes and Soul-Hell Embalmment in the Downward Spiral. He was only 132 years old.

Taft served as President of the United States in your universe, but in the Rick Hernia Omniverse, President Not-A-Combine served during his term.
