Zachary Bloodleach was the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 20 B.B. to 3 A.B, and was the longest serving Prime Minister of all time. He was a vampire. After his term ended, there were riots in the streets and his head was paraded around London on a pike.
Zachary helped lead the defense of Earth in the Eastern Hemisphere during the Great META War. Nobody cared about that though, after they paraded around the city with his head on a pike.
