Dr. Finshersnitch Ozband was an Ohioan military scientist responsible for creating Horse MK.2 and posthumously creating the Lunar Sexbots. Additionally, he was clinically insane and was arrested on multiple occassions for public indecency.
Horse MK.2
Dr. Ozband synthesized Horse MK.2 during the Great Meta War in an Ohioan Weapons Lab. While Ohio gained very little from Dr. Ozband's work, Horse MK.2 gained sentience due to a freak accident where a lab assistant accidentally connected his cerebral cortex to a neurocord and uploaded his conscience to Google Drive. Taking advantage of the situation, Dr. Ozband downloaded the assistant's conscience onto a USB drive and implanted it into Horse MK.2.
Lunar Sexbots
In his elderly years, as his mind was rotting and the Ohioan Radiation Storms wore away at his sanity, Dr. Ozband became obsessed with collecting Silicone Sex Dolls. He had a collection of over forty at one point. A few years before his death, he programmed his artificially intelligent supercomputer to 'gift his sentience to those he cared most about'.
When Dr. Ozband passed away, the computer deduced that the logical course of action was to implant Ozband's conscience into the sex dolls, as they were the only thing the doctor had ever seemed to truly love.
