Grand General Grievous was a high-ranking general in the Combine army who presided over Mexico during its Combine occupation.
General Grievous was also the highest ranking known member of the Combine Invasion Force (with the second-highest being G-3301). With his lofty position and many accolades, grievous had no reason to rule Mexico, however, he had heard tales of a mysterious “$5 Chalupa Box” and was intrigued by its power. Grievous searched for ten years in the desert sun, but eventually came up empty handed.
Grievous also led the Combine Incursion of Waifuria Prime in 99 A.B., and almost succeeded in taking over the satellite. However, the Combine was Quelled when the Silent Man, Gordon Freeman, awoke from his aeons long slumber and vanquished the invaders. The Grand General was also killed during by Freeman, in a rather grievous way.
