Honorhall Orphanage, located in the western rice farming territories, is a home for special needs children in the universe whose parents have either died or abandoned them. It is privately funded by Joe Biden and run by Jeffrey Epstein. He is assisted by Ronald Dump. Four children live at Honorhall: Thing 1, Thing 2, St. Nick, and an adolescent baboon. A fifth child, Rick Hernia, used to live there, but has since run away to join the M.T.O Cadets.
