Michael Rubescone was an extremely super-mordibly obese, and later, giga-extremely-super-morbidly obese, patient of Dr. Now, the weight-loss deity. He appeared on the final season of My 6000-lb Life, and served as the primary inspiration for Dr. Now's sequel series; '60000-lb Diaries with Dr. Now'. Rubescone was an extremely overweight Humash who had consumed mindlessly his entire life, and whose body, mystifyingly, seemed to sustain immense pressure gained from his extraordinary weight and health conditions. Rubescone, who weighed 7,002 lbs at the time of My 6000-lb Life's filming, would eventually go on to gain an astounding 50,000 more lbs, compounded by a mysterious black hole opening in his stomach which required surgery from - you guessed it - Dr. Now. Rubescone survived and embarked on an inspiring weight loss journey, shedding 57,700 lbs and, for the first time in his life, reaching a weight of 240 lbs, a healthy weight for a 6ft humash of his age and stature.
