Waifurian Energy Planet 2 was a violently exploited and enslaved gas giant in the Unnamed Colonial System, whose very essence had been compacted into a liquid and turned into a massive, sprawling system of hydroelectric dams, used to generate massive quantities of energy for the Waifurian Empire. It was forced into planetary bondage, a depravedly illegal act, wherein its atmosphere was restrained and tied to itself, and it was churned about through a vast containment system used to generate so-called 'hydroelectric' energy.
