Chraunor was an Employer, and was responsible for managing the flow of time in the Omniverse. With the exceptions of the G-Men and the Legume, any entity caught breaking the rules of time would face judgement at the hands of Chraunor's Court of Time at the Edge of the Omniverse. Because time travel was so tempting, Chraunor spent much of his time in the Omniverse presiding over court hearings. The Court of Time had a 99.99% conviction rate.
