Die Wand Aus Blutigen Kopfkrabben (Galactic English- The Wall of Bloody Headcrabs) was a massive Omniversal duplication glitch which occurred on the border of Germany and Austria in 155 BB, during the Great META War. After one German soldier shot and killed a Xennish Headcrab, it suddenly was two, and then four, and continued duplicating as such, until it reached astronomical levels of Headcrab Corpses. They piled into a wall which was nearly eighty feet tall, forty-six miles long, and contained roughly sixty trillion dead Headcrab duplicates. This error was corrected when the Entity Limit on Earth 2 reached the maximum value, freezing the duplication. As a result of this, no human babies were born for nearly thirteen years, until enough of the corpses had rotten beyond the point of 'Entity' status.
Consequences of the Wall
The Wall severely limited trade between Germany and Austria. The two nations faced a serious challenge in trading around Die Wand Aus Blutigen Kopfkrabben. At first, they attempted to dig holes underground; but they found that the headcrab corpses had compacted nearly twenty meters down. So, they were forced to send objects up in hot air balloons, throwing bread, milk, and other assorted goods over the border to one another.
