Cause of Death

Gerald, or Gerald H, was the preschool best friend of Keith Cumshoes. The two were raised together, living across the street from one another. Gerald attended West Valley Central School.

Road Trip From Hell

In 189 BB, Keith's Dad, G-Man, invited Gerald to join the family on a road trip. Gerald's parents were hesitant at first, but after speaking with Keith's mother, 6, they felt more at ease about the prospect, and allowed Gerald to join the family getaway. So the group was off, headed southward.

The trip went relatively well, until G-Man suddenly swerved the family minivan off the road and into a ditch. G-Man got out of the car and stood motionless in the middle of the highway, reciting ancient Xennish incantations as his eyes lit up with white energy. Keith and Gerald were terrified by this, and 6 covered their eyes, not wanting them to see her husband's bizarre behavior.

A Semi-truck, barrelling down the highway at just over the speed limit, was unable (or unwilling) to stop in time to avoid hitting G-Man; but when the truck hit him, it crumpled like a tin can, while G-Man remained standing motionless, mumbling about the "return of the Grand Nihilanth".

G-Man, light fading from his eyes, then turned to 6, and calmly explained that his "Employers" required him to "tie his loose ends up".
