Ghetsin 2

Ghetsin 2 was a large gas giant in the Ghetsin-Todd System. It had numerous small moons, many of which were teeming with silicon-based lifeforms. Interestingly, the lifeforms were the same creatures across the various moons, with slight special variations. Many of these life forms also adapted to live in the upper atmosphere of Ghetsin 2.

G-3301

G-3301 was raised by the fauna of Ghetsin 2's atmosphere. They carried him around through the skies, and raised him as one of their own. G-3301 eventually would leave Ghetsin 2, in search of other life like him. He was found and captured by a Combine Discovery ship, where he was brainwashed and subsequently trained in military strategy and capuccino making.
