Hatmen

Hatmen, despite their names, were not men at all.

Hatmen were jellyfish-like creatures which inhabited Orra 10 and ran an organized crime ring in the Orra system, profiting off of prokaryote trafficking. The Hatmen were carnivorous and feasted on the innocent prokaryotic organisms of Orra 10, in addition to selling them on the black market to interstellar buyers.

The Hatmen were banned from Waifurian Spacespace after a shipment of 10E-43^32 billion Prokaryote Captives spilled in orbit of Dutt Kroasis, resulting in the accumulation of a microorganism corpse ring around the planet. Dutt Kroasis recieved an unrequested space grave which was visible to all Dutt Kroasians whenever they looked up in the sky, appearing as a foul brown ring.

Thusly, the Hatmen were hunted down and captured, being sent to the San Bernadino Detention Facility and being forced into hiding in the depths of Orra 10's methane seas.
