Henry Pissinger was a Pissborne American War Criminal who served as Secretary of State during the Mummy Administration and ensuing Overlorddom. Prior to this, he and his Pissborne Assocations dropped 270 million bombs on the South Asian nation of Laos. Pissinger died in 3 AB after he suffered a Piss Heart Attack and fell into his bathtub whilst toasting bread and subsequently was electrocuted to death. Goodbye Piss.
