Jishi Ravelle, a rotter if there ever was one.

Jishi Ravelle was a Zerri-Waifurian politician and bureaucrat who served as Military Governor of the Zerrion system under the Waifurian Empire. Later, she was appointed Mayor of the Commonwealth of Uranian Municipalities' capitol city, Ourana. She was a primary financier of the Enclave during the Great META War 3, and was directly responsible for the Obliteration of Bidenheim. Her reckoning came with the allied forces' Mission Prolapse.
