Jovia

Jovia was a sleazy, filthy mining town that floated through the upper atmosphere of Jupiter’s South Pole. It was voted the Omniverse’s “Most Wretched Hive of Scum and Villainy” by Waifuria’s Choice magazine in 12505 AB, and again in 12508 AB.

In Jovia, every crime could be paid off by mining. If murder was committed, the accused would have to work in the gas mines for over five minutes.

These lax restrictions led to Jovia’s reputation as a lawless hub of filth. Bidenheim police were often called in to break up fights in Jovia, as Jovia’s police force would simply watch on the sidelines and bet on who would be the victor.

Jovia’s ownership changed hands every day, with a general election occurring each morning. These election were frequently rigged, but since no one person could rule the city for over a day consecutively, no one seemed to mind.

Those who did seem to mind usually went missing after making their opinions known.
