Kathleen Montgomery-Newton IX, nee Bragorp, was a Vietnamese-American Woman who was the subject of Elon Tusk's Pipevein Experiment, which proved rather consequential for the scientific community as well as the rural farming community of Brisport Falls, Idaho.
