The London War Crime Emporium was a large government building, operated initially as a historical site by the United Kingdom, and later as a proxy satellite military base of the Waifurian Empire. The London War Crime Emporium was home to animatronic versions of many former leaders of Earth, who came to life at night and feasted on those unlucky enough to be locked in the Emporium. The Emporium was owned and operated by Philadelphia resident Benjamin Afton.
