The Lunar Sexbots were a group of rogue sex dolls-turned killer robots which roamed the surfaces of Earth's Moon for over 100,000 years.

Inception

The mad scientist (also Ohioan) Dr. Finshersnitch Ozband was responsible for the creation of the Lunar Sexbots. In his elderly years, as his mind was rotting and the Ohioan Radiation Storms wore away at his sanity, Dr. Ozband became obsessed with collecting Silicone Sex Dolls. He had a collection of over forty at one point. A few years before his death, he programmed his artificially intelligent supercomputer to 'gift his sentience to those he cared most about'.

When Dr. Ozband passed away, the computer deduced that the logical course of action was to implant Ozband's conscience into the sex dolls, as they were the only thing the doctor had ever seemed to truly love.

By 165 B.B., two years after his death, the Sexbots were a group of 27 artificially intelligent, practically invincible, sexually charged silicone beasts of destruction. They hijacked a Combine troop transport and crashed it into a mar in the far side of the moon, where they would well for the next 100,000 years.
