The M.T.O, otherwise known as the Meta Termination Occult, was a group of highly-skilled international soldiers who defended Earth during the Great META War. Notable members of the M.T.O. included Rick Hernia, Keith Cumshoes, and William Taft. The M.T.O. used highly advanced HEV suits, developed by Tyren White and his science team at Black Mesa.
