Orra 11 was a rich, highly industrialized world covered in water oceans and crystalline continents. It was on Orra 11 that in 532,245 BB Xos established the Combined Andromedan Republics (CAR), the first republic government in Omniversal History. Orra 11 was the seat of the CAR's Unified government for 400,000 years. Eventually, the land on Orra 11 became so overpopulated and fatigued that the Andromedan Republic Senate resolved to expand the city upwards- into space.
Construction of the Combined United Municipality (CUM) was initiated in the skies of Orra 11 in 99,332 BB, with Xos placing G-4323 in charge of supervising the project's construction. In 91,955 AB, following the Ga'mavary Septath Riot, the Combined Andromedan Republics were reorganized into the first Galactic Empire, with Senate Majority Leader Xos being appointed Emperor. The Combined United Municipality's construction was altered, with it being fitted with a massive Kyber Crystal from deep within the caverns of Orra 11. The CUM was renamed the COCK, and became the Combine Empire's true capitol, departing from the atmosphere of Orra 11 and setting sail into the depths of the cosmos.
