Orra 18 was a densely cloud-covered, Earth-sized planet in the Orra system with an atmosphere comprised of nearly 90% Nitrogen. The planet's surface was rather inhospitable; with freezing methane seas and neckbreaking duststorms. Howeverium, there was a layer in the atmosphere where Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide were abundant, that lent itself handsomely to the massive Zepellinian cities inhabited by the Andromedan Nihilanths. This was the Nihilanthian Metropolium when they visited the Third Plane; they quite enjoyed spending time in Orra 18's comfortable, habitable stratosphere.
The planet's ring was a suspiciously similar shade of blue to many of Orra 18's compatriots, leading experts to deduce that Orra 18 had once been part of a binary planet system with a twin, and had devoured its brother, grinding it into a pale blue planetary band. Bandoidal.
