Ourana was a hydrometric cloud city which served as the capitol of the Commonwealth of Uranian Municipalities (CUM). Constructed in 100,322 AB, it was the first major civilization to rise from the ashes of the Waifurian Empire.
Founding
Ourana was concieved a safe haven for 'loyalist' Waifurians who sought to preserve the valor and grandeur of their former Empire, despite it's somewhat pathetic end.
