The world human population was reduced by 18.4% on this day, with 25% of those deaths occurring due to Candy Cane related injuries. The Christmas trees then fled to the SpaceSex compound in Austin, Texas, where they co-opted an impounded shuttle developed by the late Elon Tusk, and shot off into space, never to return.
