Poppa Slop Jones, otherwise known as Small Fry the Second, was a rotund, overweight tabby cat who was the ringleader and mastermind of the Percibol Narcotics Cartel. A lifelong stray, Poppa Slop rose to power by being adopted by the Chairman of the Arizona Racists, Bruggy Jones. As pet of Bruggy, Poppa Slop threw a towel onto the gas stove and started a massive fire in the Arizona Racists' trailer park, killing them all. In the vaccuum, Poppa Slop seized control,
