Poppa Slop

Poppa Slop was a certified Gangster.

Poppa Slop Jones, (44 BB-21 AB) otherwise known as Small Fry the Second, was a rotund, overweight tabby cat who was the ringleader and mastermind of the Percibol Narcotics Cartel. A lifelong stray, Poppa Slop rose to power by being adopted by the Chairman of the Arizona Racists, Bruggy Bugsworth.

As pet of Bruggy, Poppa Slop dropped a towel onto the gas stove and started a massive fire in the Arizona Racists' trailer park, killing them all. Riding on his reputation, Poppa Slop organized the strays of the neighborhood into a highly oiled milk-stealing machine, breaking and entering into suburban white folks' homes and robbing them of their dairy products. Poppa Slop Jones became reviled by Phoenix Suburbanites, and Cat Traps were implemented on every street corner. Unfortunately, Poppa Slop was rather good at evading these traps; thus, he ate the meat and treats out of all of them, engorging himself on trap food and growing to a grotesque width.

Poppa Slop's milk cartel ran well, but milk was a commodity only sought after among Cats and Colorado Kajiit. Poppa Slop soon turned his focus to other commodities; namely, the cat-nip like substance known as 'Marijuana' which the humans quite liked. Together with covert CIA Asset and Russian Blue cat Percibol Johnson.
