Preomordikat Family

The Preomordikat family were one of the oldest known dynasties in recorded interplanetary history, with genealogical records tracing their lineage back to roughly 1,000,000,000,000,000,000/1 Quintillion B.B.. They originated from the Sagittarius A star system and rose to become the ruling house of the Interplanetary Dominion, the most expansive governing body in the known galactic region. The family held dominion over countless civilisations and star systems across their long history, exercising near-absolute political, military, and cultural authority over their subjects.

The family were historically noted for their extreme aversion to the documentation of their own records, citing security concerns as the primary reason. As such, much of what was preserved of their history was considered fragmentary, redacted, or otherwise incomplete. Despite this, the legacy of individual family members remained significant enough to persist across the historical record of the Dominion.

The family produced figures of extraordinary military and cultural consequence, most notably the ruler designated Goffardsworth Kabalonius Preomordikat III, who became one of the most celebrated and feared individuals in interplanetary history. Their line continued into at least the fourth generation before suffering a notable decline in prestige and public perception under the rule of Preomordikat IV.
