Rhonda "Ron" Mantitt was the 2nd President of Jacksonville Florida, reigning from 1 BB to 2 AB. During his stint as President, Rhonda accomplished a great deal.
Woman Ban
In his first move as President, Rhonda successfully banned books featuring women from being read in classrooms. Instead, an alternative was provided, that being massive quantities of gay hentai/erotica being shipped to the Jacksonville Florida Public School System.
There was so much of it, that sixteen warehouses were filled to the brim with this material. These warehouses became collectively known as the "Southern Sex Factory".
It didn't stop there, though; in March of 1 BB, Rhonda, in a move that stunned his predecessor, Perry, Rhonda declared Women illegal. All Jacksonvillian Women were deported on airplanes to New York City and Washington DC. Of course, Rhonda's wife, Richard, was exempt from this; as were the other female coastal elites of Jacksonville Florida.
Homophobia
Rhonda enacted a "Don't Say Gay" legislation, designed to prevent the youth of Jacksonville Florida from being exposed to such radical ideas as someone being attracted to a person of the same sex.
It's highly believed that Rhonda himself may have been in a consensual relationship with the Great MAGA King, as the two took several private trips to Ob during Rhonda's presidency. In public, the two were vitriolic towards one another; but in private... well... I'm really not at liberty to say.
Combine Plot
In 0 AB, Rhonda banned use of the Combine-19 Virus vaccine being used in Jacksonville Florida; due to it being "unpatriotic", and slammed U.S. President Donald J. Trump for "manufacturing Combine 5G Nanobots to put in our bloodstreams". Trump responded by tweeting a picture of a thermonuclear warhead and tagging Rhonda in the post.
Interdimensional Race Relations (Poor)
Rhonda had a very poor foreign policy. When the various Xen creatures such as Vortiguants and headcrabs were seeking asylum in Jacksonville Florida in the aftermath of the Great META War, Rhonda publicly insulted them for being "lazy illegal aliens". Rhonda told the various fauna of Xen that they needed to "get a job".
Several Vortigaunts protested this, with prominent Lunar Alliance leader and Nuclear Pumpkin cultivator Jezebel slamming Rhonda for being a "whiny little plum". Jezebel advocated for the rights of extraplanetary species in Jacksonville Florida.
Tensions heated up quickly between Jezebel and Rhonda, with the two both publicly calling for the other's deposition from power. In 1 AB, Jezebel, after months of constant barrages of cyberattacks and bullying from the Rhonda adminstration, orchestrated an assassination attempt against Rhonda. Rhonda survived, because the manhack which attempted to kill him became caught in his greasy hair and failed to preform the tasks laid before it.
Lunar Investigations
Rhonda then launched an investigation into the source of this attack, and his top scientists determined the manhack to have been a model manufactured in a now-dormant Lunar Combine factory.
Rhonda then secretly launched another investigation, this time into the Lunar Alliance President. After several months of private investigators travelling between the Earth and Moon, and Jezebel being surveilled constantly, Rhonda began formulating a damning portfolio against her; he called this the Moon Dossier.
Rhonda determined that Jezebel had violated her treaty with U.S. President Barack Obamna, signed in 5 BB, promising to never send Lunar agents onto American Soil. While technically not part of the United States of America, Jacksonville Florida was on North America, and the treaty had never specified which America.
Rhonda then brought this information before the United Nations of the Inner Rim Council, and exposed Jezebel for her assassination attempt; later that day, North American Overlord Joe Biden called Rhonda privately and assured him that "the alien girl will be dealt with, jack." Mummy then added that he required a small indulgence on Rhonda's part.
Corruption Runs Deep
Mummy told Rhonda that in order for his administration to "take care of" Jezebel, Rhonda would first have to hand over the entirely of Jacksonville Florida to the North American Overlorddom.
Rhonda was stunned, and refused the offer. Joe Biden sighed. "We can do this the easy way- or the- dard- excuse me- hard way, jack.", Mummy had said, in what was interpreted to have been his attempt at a threatening tone.
Mummy then explained he had already declared Jacksonville Florida a part of the Overlorddom, and that Rhonda would either have to bow to him, or suffer his wrath.
"I'll see you in hell", Rhonda had said, before slamming the phone on the table.
Seeking guidance, Rhonda contacted his predecessor, Perry, on what to do next.
When Perry picked up the phone, he was very clearly inebriated, and, by the background noise, Rhonda guessed that he was on a party yacht.
Rhonda asked how to summon the troops and reserves, and Perry simply laughed and replied, "We do not have a military. You're fucked."
Rhonda began panicking. He put out an emergency message to all Jacksonvillian men- war was coming.
Unforeseen Consequences
Rhonda recieved only three responses. Puzzled, he looked out into the street, and saw that they were totally abandoned- save for legions of Overlorddish Superpredators being deployed from gunships.
Rhonda, in a panic, grabbed his wife and kids, and loaded them into the emergency helicopter, headed towards the Southern Sex Factory, in search of refuge.
When Rhonda arrived there, he found the massive hangar door wouldn't budge. He began banging and slamming on the door, but found, to his horror, that it was locked. A silhouette approached.
"Oh- Rhonda. Why don't you come on in."
Rhonda opened the door, and found none other than Jezebel, surrounded by squadrons of Jacksonvillian men armed with Combine and Vortessential weaponry.
"Your people hate you, Rhonda."
"How? After all I've done for them?"
Jezebel threw a case of gay hentai at Rhonda in disgust.
"All you've done for them?"
"You sent our wives and daughters away, bro!", one man spoke up, brandishing an MTO RPG.
"My grandma is living in Ohio because of you.", a young child holding a waraxe said.
The crowd began circling in on Rhonda.
"The people of Jacksonville are sick and tired of you, Rhonda."
"How? I- I made Jacksonville Great Again!"
A cloaked figure approached from behind Rhonda. "No, my friend. You ruined Jacksonville", Perry said, as he lowered his cloak.
Wiping cocaine from his nose, Perry furrowed his brow.
"You have been relieved of your post, effective immediately- Rhonda." Perry said, moving to stand by Jezebel.
"Now- leave us. My wife and I have quite a nasty mess to clean up here- and The Overlord is looking for you."
In that moment, Rhonda realized he'd been duped. Perry, Jezebel, the Mummy- they'd all been working against him. Abandoning his family in the vicious mob, Rhonda ran, and ran, and ran, deep into the inumerable stacks of gay hentai- and he was never seen again.
Epilogue
Perry was installed by Mummy as acting Governor of the Overlorddic Jacksonville Territories, until 9 AB, when he was mysteriously deposed by the Yonise for unknown reasons and sent to the Border World Xen.
