Emporious Vaure Magellan, a C'carthan, was the Soul Despot of the Magellan Cloud, a low-life collection of stars with a mere 7 habitable planets. Vaure harbored a particular fascination with humans, and captured them at every opportunity, to experiment on and put on display in the Grand Magellan Museum.
