Kepler-62e

The planet's luminant hues were grandiose indeed.

Kepler-62e was a large terrestrial planet. It had once boasted a big beautiful atmosphere; however, an intense solar blast from Kepler-62e had torn that away. That forced the residents to burrow shallow tunnels under the planet's surface. The glow seen across the planet was in fact from massive, underground cities, so luminant that their glorious heat and light shone through the planet's crust.
