A Spaceship License was a universally required document used to identify residents of the Milky Way. It was instituted by the Waifurian Empire in 204 AB, as a form of universal ID. It became mandated in 210 AB. Any pilot of Spaceship found to not posess this license during routine inspections or other 'lawful examinations' would be extracted from their vehicle, brutalized, and shot in the chest between 5-7 times by law enforcement.
