The C.C.S. Skeld* was a forward command ship in the service of the Combine Invasion Force and commanded by Admiral Sus E. Amonger. The ship saw many battles, and was one of the few Combine Command Ships to survive the war. It is unknown what became of the ship following the war. Some say it was handed back to Amonger following his dismissal as a gift of appeasement.** Others claim the ship was dismantled into scrap or simply dearmed and converted into a transport ship.
*As the ship was commanded by an Inerslohtian, it was named Skeld after their word for ship.
**Sources claim Combine officials were worried about Amonger returning to Inersloht and beginning a rebellion but no such worries were ever confirmed by the Combine Empire
